The 36-24-36 Project is an ongoing, self-reflective photoshoot experience and storytelling platform challenging societal body bias. Named from numbers coined “the perfect measurements” for a female identifying body, The 36-24-36 Project is dedicated to exploring beauty outside the societal guide.
Since opening the project to the public, ninety-four people from New York and across the country have been photographed, with many more reaching out from around the world. Those who approach the us for the experience step in front of the camera, many for the very first time, to be photographed, honestly and intimately. The project is a collection of their images and stories.
